Welcome to EMS Revolution. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our EMS personal training services and website. By booking a session or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Clients must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent if under 18. Participation in EMS training is subject to completion of a health and fitness questionnaire and, if necessary, medical clearance.

​

EMS training involves electrical impulses and physical exertion. By using our services, you confirm that you are in suitable physical condition and do not have any contraindicated health conditions. You agree to disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or medications that may affect your participation.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone deemed medically unfit for EMS training without appropriate medical clearance.

• All sessions must be booked in advance via our website or directly through us

• You may cancel or reschedule a session free of charge if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

• Sessions cancelled within 24 hours will be charged in full and considered used.

All payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept Venmo and Zelle. We do not offer refunds for missed sessions, no-shows, or unused packages, except where required by law.

Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their session and will be charged in full. Session times will not be extended for late arrivals.

​

Session packages may have an expiration date. It is your responsibility to use your sessions within the allotted time. Unused sessions will not be refunded or carried over unless agreed otherwise.

We are not liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages arising from participation in EMS training. Clients participate at their own risk and are responsible for following trainer instructions and using equipment safely.

All content on our website, including images, text, videos, and branding, is the intellectual property of EMS Revolution and may not be used without written permission.
